LEVEL 1 NPC's
Get Archery to lvl 7, HBR to lvl 6 and MT to lvl 7, Hero Attack lvl to 60
I used 40 ballistas and 20 transports.
LEVEL 2 NPC's
Get Archery to lvl 7, HBR to lvl 6 and MT to lvl 7, Hero Attack lvl to 70
I used 50 ballistas and 50 transports.
Fight lasts 50 or less rounds.
Experience gained = 2214
Gained 200k food, 30k Lumber Stone and Iron plus 65k gold

Transition from Lvl 5 to Lvl 10 NPC's


There is much to know when transitioning from level 5 NPC farming to level 10. It is a big difference and as always if you are not careful you may loose a lot of troops in the process.
The first big difference is you will no longer rely on ballys alone to take the NPC. Those ballys will still come in handy when you need to farm lvl 5 and below NPC's. They also aid in your cities' defense.
At this point, you'll want a level 10 close by, preferably with 2 miles.
You'll also want 3 or more good attack heros all with their attack level above 100. Your main hero is ready for attacking a level 10 NPC when their attack level is 150 or higher.......
LEVEL 10 NPC's

Make sure you have Arch 9, Hbr 8, MT 8, Med 8, Log 8, IW 8, and an attack hero with Att 150 before even thinking of taking a LVL 10 NPC

Making NPC's
From Reeper:
1st, make sure u have an open valley spot, 250 workers and 10k of all resources including gold. U will also need to have an empty city slot. knight can build only 2, baronet can build 3, baron can build 3, this is grand total of cities you own. Then attack and control the lvl flat that u want to npc. Lvl1 flat = lvl1 npc and so on to 10. We're aiming for mostly 5's and a few 10's so dont make anything else until u have plenty of these around you. Cont'd...
U can generally take lvl 5's with 1k archer rainbow, but you should always scout first. Once you have met the requirements for building the city, you will see a "build city" tab highlighted on your flat. click it and it will send workers and resources to the flat. Once the city is built, u have to be in one of your main city's to abandon it. Click "overview" tab under your "face," click "cities," then abandon desired city. cont'd...
If u are low on resources and/or workers, you always have the option to build a rally spot in your new city and send the workers back with what they can carry. Keep in mind that they are going to mave at the pace of workers with no releif station, no compass research, etc. So this may take longer than its worth.
